BSW, Dip Aromatherapy, Dip Health Science (Massage)

I received my Diploma of Aromatherapy in 1994. I am a member of the International Aromatherapy & Aromatic Medicine Association (IAAMA).

My Diploma in Health Science (Massage) was completed in 1998 after 4 years of part-time study at TAFE. I am a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT).

I also have a Bachelor of Social Work achieved in 1987.

I practised from my own clinic in Perth, taught courses in Aromatherapy, consulted to Nursing Homes and was an accredited Aromatherapist with St John of God Hospital in Subiaco. Our family moved to Southern Cross in 2000 where I had a busy clinic  for 5 years. For the last 16 months I was  practising from a  clinic in Greenwood until the premises were sold and I now practice from a home clinic.

Since moving back to Perth in 2006 I have studied Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage, and Australian Bush Flower essences.

Many of my massage clients in Perth and Southern Cross were referrals from physiotherapists who found that clients recovered quicker with the combination of Physio and massage.

My massage experience includes Swedish, Remedial, Deep tissue, Trigger Point therapy, Myofacial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Pregnancy massage, Sports massage, TMJ Release, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy treatments/massages, Aromatherapy facials. I also run Aromatherapy courses and sell Essential Oils and products.

Since moving back to Perth my working focus is women predominantly. My work focuses on the mind, body and spirit of my clients, helping to address any imbalances of these in their life.
